Camille Johnson Taylor is the Director of Tourism for Kane County. She’s been with the Kane County Office of Tourism for seven years. Camille is a 7th-generation local of Kanab and is a direct descendent of the first European-American explorer of Zion Canyon, Nephi Johnson. Not only are her roots deep in southern Utah, so is her passion and love for this area.
After graduating from Kanab High School, Camille started college as a Southern Utah University THUNDERBIRD and finished her Bachelor of Science degree as a Weber State University WILDCAT. She jokingly refers to herself as a THUNDER-CAT. Camille graduated in Communications and Business and has worked in TV news, finance, real estate and now tourism which she has enjoyed the most and considers her home industry.
