Phil Tuttle is a Videographer for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. He has also traveled the world as a freelance videographer filming in Dubai, Iceland, Belize, the Seychelles, and the Arctic Circle just to name a few. Phil has been heavily involved in the International Fly Fishing Film Festival for nearly a decade with 9 films officially selected for the annual event. Three consecutive films won “Best Feature Film” in the festival. Phil graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biology/Zoology from Southern Utah University and Masters of Natural Resources with a Fisheries Emphasis from Utah State University. He is the father of 5 children and loves to be outdoors, mostly fly fishing and hunting.
