OHV Program Coordinator, Utah State Parks
Chris Haller is the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation Off-highway Vehicle (OHV) Program Coordinator and finds tremendous value in serving the residents of Utah. He has worked for the Division for over 25 years and during this time he has benefited from enhancing recreational opportunities for those visiting our public lands. He firmly believes in the importance of being proactive when it comes to building and sustaining any type of trail, along with the implementation of the four E’s. The four E’s are balancing the Engineering, of a trail system, Educating those visiting a trail system, taking into account the Environment and lastly Enforcement, in order to sustain a trail system, in regards to managing people.
