Lena has nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience, plus three years of consulting in change management and communication projects. Organizational effectiveness has always been her primary focus and she draws from a comprehensive HR skill set supporting business objectives through implementing creative solutions for workplace challenges. By recruiting exceptional talent, coaching the development of employees and managers, and advocating best practice in workplace policies, her contributions directly impact critical operational success factors. After receiving her Bachelors degree in Psychology, her career has spanned a variety of work environments in business headquarters, industrial operations, and shared service organizations. She has enjoyed assignments in London U.K. and nearly ten states, in roles ranging from HR management, benefit specialist, communications, and organizational change management. Six years ago, Lena joined Petzl and thrives in her role of HR Director, where she contributes to the success of the premier brand known for quality and integrity in the outdoor industry.
