Rachel Toker

Rachel Toker began working with the Department of Natural Resources after moving to Utah in 2017. She worked seasonally as a Quagga MusselTech for Wildlife Resources and spent her spare time volunteering for the Division of State Parks & Recreation.

Once her seasonal position ended, she was offered a job with the Division of State Parks & Rec, where she quickly moved her way up to State OHV Grant Administrator. During her career with the Division of State Parks & Rec, she has received the Volunteer Recognition Certificate from the former lieutenant governor, Cox, and the Employee of the Year award for 2020 with the Division of State Parks & Rec.
