Rick Fournier has lived, worked, and played in Summit County for more than 20 years. For the past thirteen years he has served as the Trails and Grooming Operations Manager for Park City’s local trails advocate, the Mountain Trails Foundation. During the summer months, Rick designs and builds new trails, manages a 6-person trail crew, and is responsible for the maintenance of nearly 200 miles of trails. In the winter months, Rick oversees grooming operations on approximately 30 kilometers of winter recreation trails in Park City’s, Round Valley Open Space. Rick’s goal as a board member is to share his trail experience and build upon the growing momentum of developing new trails and creating recreational opportunities in the Kamas Valley and beyond.
