Stephanee earned a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has 13 years of transportation planning, public involvement, engineering and environmental experience. Stephanee has prepared environmental documentation for more than 30 transportation projects, including several Environmental Impact Statements. Her other projects run the gamut of environmental expertise, from wildlife crossings and noise walls to corridor planning studies. Stephanee’s strength is communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise way. She recently completed the Ogden Canyon Transportation Use Study and the 820 North Corridor Study (Provo, Utah), and is currently working with UDOT to develop statewide guidelines and public collaboration tools for implementing raised medians.
