Nicole Lohman

ASSISTANT ARCHAEOLOGIST | BLM

Nicole Lohman is the Utah Assistant State Archaeologist for the the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) , stationed at the State Office in downtown Salt Lake City. Nicole received her Master of Arts degree in Applied Anthropology from Northern Arizona University in 2015. Public education and outreach to reduce vandalism and theft of cultural resources are part of the duties of her current role. Prior to working for the BLM, Nicole worked seasonally for the National Park Service in Nevada, California, Alaska, and Mississippi.  Nicole lives in Murray with her cat and loves backpacking in Utah’s deserts and canyon country with her friends.
