Alysia Ducuara


Alysia Ducuara received her Bachelor’s in Public Health from Brigham Young University and her Master’s in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Utah. She is the Executive Director of the non-profit Get Healthy Utah, whose mission is to create a culture of health through engaging multi-sector stakeholders, building partnerships, providing resources, and connecting efforts that support healthy eating and active living. She served on the board of the Utah Chapter of the Society of Public Health Education (USOPHE) for four years, and was President of the board in 2021. She worked at Salt Lake County Health Department for 10 years on various grants around chronic disease management and prevention. Alysia has a passion for improving the way public health can collaborate together with other sectors to improve the health in our communities.
