Eric Bauman serves as the Executive Director of the GOAL Foundation. GOAL stands for “Get Out and Live”. The mission of the GOAL Foundation is to inspire the Greater Ogden Community and its visitors to “Get Out and Live” by participating, volunteering and spectating at recreational and cultural events, programs and activities. The GOAL Foundation produces world class athletic events including the Ogden Marathon, Winter Running Series, El Doce 12 hour Mountain Bike Race, and the Northern Utah Trailfest. Eric has served professionally in Ogden City for the past 29 years and is passionate about creating experiences in outdoor recreation for people to “Get Out and Live”. Eric is an avid mountain biker, backcountry skier, and hiker and loves spending time enjoying the beautiful outdoor opportunities that Ogden and the Wasatch Front have to offer.
