Evan administers both the Land and Water Conservation Fund and the Recreational Trails Program for the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation. As a Core Planning Team member of the Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP), Evan is currently engaging communities and stakeholders throughout the state to determine the role of outdoor recreation in conservation, community development, and personal health.
