Jason Blankenagel is a Civil Engineer of 8 years that has worked with many municipalities, land managers, and landowners to develop trails and trail networks throughout the Uintah Basin. He has been directly involved in the development of trails master plans for Uintah, Daggett, and Duchesne Counties over the last 5 years. He is an advocate for responsible trail development through partnerships with land managers. He has been a part of and seen the benefits of land managers and communities coming together to complete successful trail projects. Some of these projects include the Little Hole Trail restoration in Dutch John, the Red Fleet Downhill Flow Trail inf Uintah County, and the current Elk Horn OHV loop completion project in Duchesne County.
