Betsy Byrne

NATIONAL PARK SERVICE'S RIVERS, TRAILS, AND CONSERVATION ASSISTANCE (RTCA) PROGRAM

Betsy Byrne is a landscape architect with the National Park Service’s Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance (RTCA) Program. She provides planning assistance on community-led outdoor recreation and conservation projects, and her work ranges from visitor use management issues to conceptual site designs to river access plans. Betsy helped kick start the Utah Trails Forum and serves on the organizing committee. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Utah State University.
